SIMPLY DOES NOT WORK AT ALL. WILL NOT CREATE NEW.

EDITED: (version 1.2 or 1.3) still a ZERO star rating… due to CREATE NEW button does not work, nor able to open recent maps from last version 1.1

EDITED: dropped this rating from 2 stars to 1 star… due to getting sold a version 1.1 when there is actually a v. 1.9 in iTunes to which i still do not have access… after a month.

EDITED: i dropped this rating from 3 to 2 stars… due to the .CSV export / import does not work properly & simply RUINED a week’s worth of work…

i saved multiple new versions of my work every day… to make sure all was secure… except upon import, the child nodes are scattered throughout the galaxy… never to be recoverable…

NO REPLY from support for several days… i think they are closed...

i want to say that this app is good and has great potential… except several times per day, i think about getting a refund due to…

spending HOURS continuously needing to re-color the child / sibling nodes…

if you move a node slightly… you might end up only having to re-color an hundred nodes individually (3 clicks each)…

if you close your map & re-open it… forget it… you end up having to re-color thousands of nodes individually (3 clicks each)…

i have read the manual, the FAQ and have contacted support… to see if they are able to clue me in on the way…
